Does the NAND-Flash MT29F4G08ABCWC-ET from Micron work with AT91SAM7SE and i.MX31?

Hello,

for some days I have gotten two NAND-Flash Chips from a friend and like
to know, whether the above chips are working with AT91SAM7SE and i.MX31?

I have already the two processors here but do not want to waste my time
designing the PCB (using Eagle) and find out it does not work.

2nd Q: Can someone recommend bigger NAND-Flash for the i.MX31?
I like to have 2-4 GByte to store the OS and important data
but since the i.MX support two (Micro)SD cards, I do not know
whether it is better to use the (Micro)SD stuff.

3rd Q: Which SDRAM (please if possibel the exact type which is in
massproduction) are recommended for the two CPUs? Since I
have the need to runn a little bit bigger apps, I want to
install in the SAM7 much more then 64 MByte (as on my EVKIT)
        and on the i.MX31 512 and/or 1024 MByte.

Any suggestions welcome...

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day/Evening
