[ECOS] configtool tests

{sorry to anyone getting this twice - it didn't show up in archives so
I'm not sure that my first email was sent correctly}

Hey everyone,

I'm building eCos on a LEON processor and am having some trouble in
the configtool with building tests.  I build the tests, and then
choose Tools -> Run Tests... from the drop down menus above to run the
tests on my dev. board.  However, whenever I chooose Run Tests...
configtool asks me "Not all tests are built.  Do you wish to build
them now?".  In the testing session I find out none of the testing
files are in their folders.  Did I miss something somewhere?  Any
suggestions you have are appreciated.
