Yes, since I need one, which can be easyly integrated in eCos because  I
can not use Linux for it...  (requires more then 8 MByte of Flash)

Yeah, but how can somone find all thos chips?

fortunately I have gotten many cross-infos over NXP, Maxim and  National
otherwise I would have goten more problems...
