CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI_H is also used by platform drivers (targets
mace1 and mac7100evb) and may in future be also used by other platforms that
employ esci (hopefully MPC5500 based). For that reason I moved headers in a
separate package.
It is possible to include them in CYGPKG_IO_SERIAL_FREESCALE_ESCI but it would
force inclusion of this package and at least 1 serial port. Please see followong
