Subject: Second EFC defines and some register definition cleanup

Hi all,

This patch adds simple support for the second flash controller of the
sam7x512, in order to be compatible  
with the complimentary fix in the startup code. Some work probably still
needs to be done in order to 
make the addition of the second EFC a little less sam7x512 specific.

I also fixed a few typos and cut and paste gremlins in the in the var_io.h
definitions.
