[COMMITTED] tests: Use bash for run-debuginfod-client-profile.sh

The test uses set -o pipefail which is a bashism and so the test fails
on systems where /bin/sh isn't bash.

    * tests/run-debuginfod-client-profile.sh: Use bash.
