Log message:
* symtab.c (lookup_symtab_1, lookup_partial_symtab): Use basename
instead of non-portable search for `/'. Use FILENAME_CMP instead
of STREQ, to account for case-insensitive filesystems.
(top-level): #include "filenames.h".
