* library/interface.tcl (gdbtk_locate_main): Rewrite for efficiency.
No longer uses gdb_search. Caches result.
(initialize_gdbtk): Initialize gdb_locate_main cache.
* library/main.tcl: Call initialize_gdbtk after loading prefs.
