* NEWS: Mention the new backtrace mechanism, DWARF 2 CFI, hosted
file I/O, multi-arch, TLS and NPTL, DWARF 2 Location Expressions,
and Java.
* PROBLEMS: Mention that mips*-*-*, powerpc*-*-*, sparc*-*-* and
arm*-*-* do not use the new frame code.
