* generic/gdbtk-cmds.c (gdb_cmd, gdb_immediate_command): Adjust to
new bpstat_do_actions inferface.
* generic/gdbtk-hooks.c: Include gdbthread.h.
(gdbtk_annotate_signal): Get the stop_signal from the current
thread.
