Log message:
* gdb.mi/mi-nonstop.exp (mi_nonstop_resume): New function.
(Top level): Use it to resume.
* lib/mi-support.exp (mi_send_resuming_command_raw): Recognize
the Thumb mode displaced stepping error as unsupported.
