gdb_ari.sh: Remove entries for dirent.h and stat.h.
The corresponding gdb_dirent.h and gdb_stat.h no longer exist.
We rely on gnulib for those, now.
gdb/ChangeLog:
* contrib/ari/gdb_ari.sh: Remove checks for "dirent.h" and
"stat.h".
