Two of the pre-defined floating point constants (namely, one and two)
are incorrectly defined in sim/common/sim-fpu.c. They should have
(normalised) exponents of zero and one, respectively.
In prior consultation with Andrew Cagney, I am checking these fixes in
now. No existing simulator uses these constants.
