Okay, I've just moved the mi and tui changes to the ChangeLog files
in the correct directories for the free - >xfree changes.  I can
try to do the earlier ones that I got wrong too, but I think it's
probably better to leave these alone. (Changing it now would likely
cause more confusion than it would alleviate.)
