It's still there, but I changed the Makefiles so they wouldn't try to
install it any more.  I probably didn't tell anyone about this change.

Texinfo will go away when the repositories are merged.

mmalloc is within spitting distance of going away as well, but I'll
restrain myself on that one. :-)
