* gdb.base/scope.exp: For powerpc-*-*, xfail the same tests
that rs6000-*-* does.
Just curious, but:
On rs6000-*-*, the tests are only xfailed when $gcc_compiled is true.
Is there any reason why this would be different for powerpc-*-*?
