What about a "struct mem_attrib *get_default_mem_attrib (void)"
function?
Maybe some "set" functions to set, for instance, the mem_access_width
and other fields without having to know about the structure internals.
This would be used by the several interpreters (cli, gdbtk, guile, mi
etc.)
to implement their incarnations of the "mem" command.
