RMS commented on this recently on gnu-prog only I now can't find the
e-mail - I carefully filed it away in my pile of things to fix. He
recommended that such files contain an abbreviated notice that maded it
clear that the file was still a part of the GNU project.
Hmm, just got another e-mail forwarded to me on this. The issue is
still ``live''.
