[PATCH] hpread.c rename TYPE_VECTOR macro



I just committed the following.

Michael Snyder kindly pointed out to me that I have ceated a conflict with
other TYPE_VECTOR* macros defined locally in hpread.c. Sigh.

I renamed the hpread.c macros to avoid the conflicts.

	(DNTT_TYPE_VECTOR_LENGTH): Rename from TYPE_VECTOR_LENGTH.
