PATCH: Add comment to annotate-quit test

- Subject: PATCH: Add comment to annotate-quit test
Meant to do this ages ago... the patch speaks for itself. I didn't mark it
with a '# setup_kfail', because it isn't a known failure; it's a completely
unknown failure :)
