Copyright:
  xcoffread.c was modified in 2002, needs 2002 in copyright years.

Testing:
  I test only dwarf-2 and stabs+, no mdebug or coff testing.
  No regressions with:
    target=native, host=i686-pc-linux-gnu, os=red-hat-8.0
    gdb=HEAD%2002-01-09
    gcc=several v2 and v3 compilers, vendor gcc
    binutils=2.13.2.1, vendor, HEAD
    libc=vendor
    gformat=dwarf-2, stabs+

Recommended for approval, with addition of 2002 to copyright years
in xcoffread.c.
