[PATCH] Get rid of i386-specific U_FPSTATE macro

This gets rid of the U_FPSTATE macro which isn't used anymore. It
also munges the configuration such that we can get rid of two more
config files.

* configure.host (i[3456]86-*-isc*): Set gdb_host to i386v.
Remove i[3456]86-*-sysv3.2* and i[3456]86-*-sysv32* entries since
they're identical to i[3456]86-*-sysv* now.
* config/i386/i386v32.mh: Removed.
* config/i386/xm-i386v32.h: Removed.
* config/i386/xm-i386sco.h (U_FPSTATE): Remove macro.
