[commit] Eliminate FLOAT_INFO


Turns out all remaining references were either #undef's or commented out definitions.

	* infcmd.c (print_float_info): Delete code conditional on
	FLOAT_INFO.
	* config/nm-lynx.h: Delete #undef FLOAT_INFO.  Update copyright.
	* config/m68k/nm-apollo68b.h: Ditto.
	* config/i386/tm-ptx.h (FLOAT_INFO): Delete.  Update copyright.
	* config/ns32k/nm-nbsd.h (FLOAT_INFO): Ditto.
	* config/i386/tm-symmetry.h (FLOAT_INFO): Ditto.
