[PATCH] Cleanup blockframe.c:inside_main_func()


I'll be submitting a patch to this code shortly.  But since I noticed
that this function had become quite a mess, and that the comments in
it were wildly out of date I thought a cleanup first was appropriate.

Committed as obvious.
