[PATCH] GNU/k*BSD fixes (w/ChangeLog) [gdb]

Hi!

Fixes for triplet detection of GNU/kNetBSD and GNU/kFreeBSD. Patch is
attached, ChangeLog as follows. Remember to update config.{guess,sub}
in the respective locations (src and src/readline/support). Thanks.
