Hello,
There's no reason for HP/UX to set this - it supplies both read and
write PC methods.

* hppa-tdep.c: Update copyright year.
(hppa_target_write_pc): Use PCOQ_TAIL_REGNUM instead
of NPC_REGNUM.
(hppa_gdbarch_init): Do not set deprecated_npc_regnum.
