[PATCH] Add OpenBSD/m88k


The m88k is back to haunt you. Mwhahahaha...

Seriously, this patch adds support for OpenBSD/m88k.  OpenBSD/m88k is
still actively maintained and could use a modern debugger.  So far
OpenBSD/m88k is the only OS supported by this code, and I doubt we'll
be adding more.  However, the code is fully multi-arched, framyfied
and undeprecated, and adding other m88k targets should be pretty easy.
