Mark's recent openbsd-hppa support reminded me that hppa-linux is not
mentioned in NEWS, so I've added it. Committed as obvious.
Any opinions/comments on bringing hppa out of "Maintainence only" mode?
I'm not exactly sure what that means/implies :)
