Just FYI, another #define and #undef. Again removed.

* config/pa/tm-linux.h: Delete #undef IN_SOLIB_CALL_TRAMPOLINE.
* config/tm-sysv4.h (IN_SOLIB_CALL_TRAMPOLINE): Delete.
(in_plt_section): Delete.
