Subject: [commit/NEWS] Add section for changes after GDB 6.6

Hello,

I did the following changes to the NEWS file to reflect the fact
that the GDB 6.6 branch has been created.

Daniel, the QPassSignals packet addition just didn't make it.
My reasoning is that we could have included this feature if we wanted to
by branching out a couple of days later. Would you like to include this
to the branch?

        * NEWS: Add a new section for changes since GDB 6.6. Rename
        the section "Changes since GDB 6.5" into "Changes in GDB 6.6".
        Move a couple of items into the new section as they did not
        make it to 6.6.
