I've committed this; I've also removed the comment in gdbarch.sh
leading up to the removed function.  Note that even the 'replacment'
mentioned in that comment, extract_returned_value_address, is itself
already obsolete -- the correct way to indicate the returned struct
address is by using the RETURN_VALUE_ABI_RETURNS_ADDRESS or
RETURN_VALUE_ABI_PRESERVES_ADDRESS return value convention.
