Testing reveals no regression, but you couldn't break it more than it
already is broken:

   (gdb) start
   Breakpoint 1 at 0x4000000000001218: file foo.c, line 6.
   Starting program: /[...]/foo 
   Error trying to get information about dynamic linker.

(that's before your patch) :-(
