The legal paperwork has finally gone through, and you're now also listed
in the IBM "Software Letter" as authorized to transfer IBM code to the
FSF. I've verified that the GNU copyright.list has been updated to
include your name.
I'd suggest you can now get CVS access under the "Write After Approval"
category so you may apply future patches yourself, if and when they are
approved by a maintainer.
To get CVS access, you need to fill in the form at
http://www.sourceware.org/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi
Once you have got access, please add yourself to the "Write After
Approval" category in the MAINTAINERS file.
