do you think this patch would be OK?

I'd like to resolve this issue, so we can provide --enable-target=all
support. As I said, I don't really have any opinion what the best
solution of the OpenBSD/a.out vs. NetBSD/a.out problem is; if you
have some other suggestion, please let me know.
