[12/15] Disassembler routines


Hello,

this patch removes the references to current_gdbarch during disassembly
by adding an explicit gdbarch argument to gdb_disassembly and gdb_print_insn.

Passing in the proper frame architecture is straightforward at most call
sites, except when called from the TUI code.  I've had to add a gdbarch
to the TUI window data structure in order to remember the architecture
of the code being displayed in a disassembly window.
