ChangeLog:

* target.h (supports_multiprocess): New function.
* server.c (handle_query): Use supports_multiprocess and output
multiprocess accordingly.
* linux-low.c (linux_supports_multiprocess): New function.
(linux_target_ops): Set supports_multiprocess.
