When will this FIXME be taken care of?
Two weeks or so, I think. To be a little less mysterious about it, I
ended up designing a unified syntax for tracepoint/tsv downloads,
uploads, and file storage. Not a drastic change, basically the existing
parameter lists to QTDP/QTDV, but defined more independently of remote
protocol.
