	* gdbtypes.h: Introduce BOOL_PTR_CONVERSION_BADNESS.
	* gdbtypes.c (rank_one_type): Use BOOL_PTR_CONVERSION_BADNESS
	for conversion.
	Make all other conversions illegal.
