missing changes in gdb-7.3 branch pushed


You might remember that I typed the wrong date for the branch point,
and thus ended up creating the branches with an earlier date than
needed.  This is to confirm that I pushed the patches which I think
should have been in, but haven't due to that mistake.

Just for the record, here's a list below.  If there are some changes
that you think should be on the branch but are not at the present
moment, or if you think I missed some changes, please let me know.
