That's good news. Although, I'm puzzled now. I am sure I was able
to reproduce that thread_check.exp FAIL, and I remember seeing
from gdb.log that it looked like a very similar issue (2 breakpoint
locations instead of 1). But I can't reproduce anymore, even
without my patch. In other words, the testcase passes regardless
of whether my patch is applied or not (and I did not update my system).

For now, I'll consider both problems resolved.
