There are additional changes that were part of the bitpos patch, like
expansion of f77_array_offset_tbl, embedded_offset in
f77_print_array(_1) and resultant changes in f-lang.c and backwards
all the way to bitpos. I'll keep this in my stash to commit on top of
the bitpos changes.
