tentative GDB 7.11 release schedule...

Hello everyone,
Now that GDB 7.10.1 is out, time to think about GDB 7.11.
I propose that we aim for branching on January 25th (Monday).
Then, give ourselves the usual two weeks of pre-release field testing
before we release (or more if testing reveals bugs we need to fix
before release). So, this gives us a tentative release date of
Feb 8th (Mon).
Please feel free to send feedback on those dates.
As for the contents of the release, I have now created a wiki page
to manage it:

If you find blocking issues that need to be fixed before we can
branch, or before we can release, please let us know here, and
we will update the wiki.
