[PATCH v5 0/9] Python bindings for btrace recordings

This patch series adds Python bindings for btrace recordings.

The feedback I got for V4 (thank you, Yao, Luis, Eli and Markus!) resulted in
the following changes:
 - Truncate vector before computing new trace.
 - Add comment about assumption of no holes in numbering.
 - Changed changelog for patch #5.
 - Changed check for btrace in record-btrace.c.
 - Removed "contributed by" lines.
 - Added "untested" calls to tests.
 - Lower case failure messages in tests.
 - Fixed typo in documentation.
