[PATCH 08/13] Eliminate UNOP_MEMVAL_TLS


Since minsym references now go via OP_VAR_MSYM_VALUE, UNOP_MEMVAL_TLS
is no longer used anywhere.

	* std-operator.def (UNOP_MEMVAL_TLS): Delete.
