[PATCH 5/5] Remove free_char_ptr_vec


Nothing is using it anymore.

gdb/ChangeLog:

	* common/gdb_vecs.c (free_char_ptr_vec): Remove.
	* common/gdb_vecs.h (free_char_ptr_vec): Remove.
