[RFA 3/8] Add -FLAGS... argument to 'thread apply'.


Add -FLAGS... argument to 'thread apply'.
Also implements 2 new commands:
taas COMMAND
   shortcut for 'thread apply all -s COMMAND'
tfaas COMMAND
   shortcut for 'thread apply all -s frame apply all -s COMMAND'
