Hello everyone,
Now that the last known blocking issue is past us (thanks Tom!),
it's high time we create the GDB 8.3 branch. Unless there are
any objections, I propose we do it early on Tuesday.
So, if you have changes you think might be a tad risky, if you
could please hold them off a few more days?
