Solaris 2.6 on an 8 CPU E10K and 8 GB RAM
>Description:
Unpacked source in /Desaster Area/GNUU. The character betweeen
the disastrous Desaster and its Area is an unbreakable space:
(0240, 160, 0xa0) as GNU Emacs reports.
Compilation went fast and fine, but gmake check fails a 100 times:

ERROR: (/Desaster Area/GNU/gdb-5.0/gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/all-types) No such file or directory

although the file exists:

sv003776 23 /\ ls -l /Desaster Area/GNU/gdb-5.0/gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/all-types
-rwxrwxrwx 1 syadmpdy 10252 Jan 25 08:35 /Desaster?Area/GNU/gdb-5.0/gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/all-types
>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
Make the checking environment at least 8 bit aware, better Unibyte!
