CALL_DUMMY_LENGTH is referenced from the entry for
SIZEOF_CALL_DUMMY_WORDS, but is not documented.
This variable is mandatory for full multi-arch, so it
really should have an entry. I've had to guess that
it should be zero on the ARM.
