When at the command prompt. Doing reverse-search-history with readline by hitting <CTRL>r and then selecting an old command and hitting enter. The command should then be run. However, it is not. When the next key is hit, the command is run.

Search thought the history using ^R in readline and hit enter to select an old command. It does not run.

Make the command run when enter is hit.
